SAN POLO

San Polo is located in Podernovi, on the southern side of the municipality of Montalcino; the valley is called Sant’Antimo, and the mountain is Monte Amiata, so close you can almost reach out and touch it…

The locals call the area “Mezzopane”, meaning that to take in the majestic view is like “eating one's fill” simply by looking, like food for the soul. The windows, knolls and terraces of the Estate's two farmhouses look out over the Tuscan landscape so famously captured by latter-day artists: it is truly breath-taking in its sheer beauty. And, of course, the Company boasts a modern and innovative wine making cellar, a factor that weighed heavily in the company's decision to purchase the Estate.

POGGIO AL TESORO

Bolgheri is synonymous with vineyard and winescapes, air that smells of the sea, restored farmhouses with typically Tuscan features and thrilling wine tasting experiences at the very centre of the international wine scene.

This area has to be experienced at first hand. The 70 hectares that make up the Poggio al Tesoro Estate are located in a geographical area that is sheltered to the east by the hills of Castagneto Carducci and covered in typical Mediterranean vegetation, mostly cork oaks, arbutus, stone pines and cluster pines.
